We chose Eric, as we could rely on his energy and professionalism, he knows the history and benefits of our property, which he would articulate appropriately. We knew the market was changing for the worse when we decided to sell, but we needed the money in the bank by the end of August. We also needed the most money we could for the sale of our house to finance our retirement. Unflappable Eric, explained all about the comprehensive marketing campaign for the auction and told us this will draw out all the possible buyers for our property. He was tireless in his marketing of our home and communicating extremely professionally with us at every step. He followed up all the attendees of the open homes, and allayed our stress and panic, with patience and professional calm and advice. We followed his strategy, and he kept telling us we could rely on the process, and sure enough, not only did he negotiate a sale that was within time, but also negotiated $50,000 more than our asking price, as he had encouraged multiple offers. This wasn't a straight forward transaction however, as the buyers had a building report that had negative features. We were away from Auckland at the time, and Eric assisted with suggesting people to assist, helping us contact them and always being on site to assist, and our own building report found there were absolutely no issues. Eric was there, every step of the way, communicating with, not only us, but also all the stake holders, massaging the process through to a positive conclusion. I would not hesitate in recommending Eric unreservedly for anyone who wants a fantastic experience in selling their property
