Selling one of our property was a big moment for us. It's been our home for years, and we were nervous about handing it over to anyone. From our very first conversation, Dev and Anju made us feel like we were in good hands. They took the time to understand what the house meant to us and what we needed from the sale. When the offers started coming in, they walked us through every counter-offer calmly and honestly, never pushing, always explaining our options so we could make the right call. When the building report came back and negotiations got a bit tricky, they kept things fair and steady on both sides and helped us land an outcome we were really happy with. What stood out most was how available they were. Calls answered, questions followed up, and nothing was ever too small. Even when the buyer asked to bring settlement forward, they handled it with care and made sure the timing still worked for my family. Dev and Anju are professional, kind and genuinely invested in their clients. We'd recommend Team DNA to anyone buying or selling without hesitation. Thank you both for everything!
