12 years ago I decided to sell my house and rang Barfoot & Thompson. Fortunately Bob answered the phone and he and Anna came and assessed my house and told me what I could expect it to sell for. They were right and I was very pleased with the result.Recently I decided to sell my current house and rang Bob again. Barfoot we’re not helpful in pushing one day for the client when bank for a day extension and as a compensation we ended up paying 20000 to hold the proper, they couldn’t negotiate or mediate well with the vendor. Very unhappy service received from barfoot agents but manoj attempted to get the property for a reasonable price.
