Couldn't recommend Sharine more. This is the second time she's sold our home, this time in a very different (slow) market, compared to the crazy market of 2020. We can't imagine ever working with anyone else! She goes above and beyond for her vendors, is incredibly knowledgeable and just an all round great human. You spend a lot of time with your real estate agent so it's a bonus when they're lovely to be around! Despite being passed in at auction (pretty standard right now) Sharine had 3 offers for us that night. She continued to help us navigate a number of tricky scenarios with lining up the home we purchased, as well as helping our buyers along the way too. Our big chain of sales would never have happened without Sharine's impeccable sales skills, communication and ability to keep us all calm. What we really appreciate the most is that she truly works for her vendor, something which isn't too common amongst other agents.
