We met Mona at the open home. As a first home buyer, my wife started telling her frustrations about our house hunting and our inability to bid at auctions due to lender restrictions. On top of that she is basically going for open homes on her birthday. At that point Mona said, you know what, consider it your best ever birthday gift. I'll make sure this becomes your new home.
