Being overseas sellers, we knew the process would be challenging, but we were fortunate to have chosen the right agents. With their wide market reach and unwavering dedication, we never doubted they could sell our home. Their professionalism and hard work made all the difference, and we're so glad we trusted them every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided Anju & Dev, who successfully sold our home in less than 3 months, all while we were based overseas. Their commitment to us was unwavering – they even showed the house late at night to accommodate potential buyers and maximise our chances. From the start, we knew we were in safe hands. With 4 solid offers, it was clear their dedication and expertise made all the difference. If you're an overseas seller in need of a trustworthy, hard-working agent who will go above and beyond to get the best results, we can't recommend them highly enough! Again, thanks a lot for making this happen!

My whanau recently had the pleasure of working with Melanie & Neeraj to sell our property, and I can confidently say that this experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From our first consultation to the final sale, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us. One of the standout features in their approach was their in-depth knowledge of the local market. They provided an accurate and realistic valuation of my property, backed by research comparable sales data. This gave us a clear understanding of what to expect and helped set the right price to attract a sale at auction. Throughout the process, Neeraj was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Their communication was prompt and transparent, which really put our minds at ease. What truly impressed me was Melanie's negotiation skills. When offers came in, she advocated fiercely on our behalf, ensuring we received the best possible price. The sale of our property was completed smoothly and efficiently, much quicker than we expected. The sale of our property was a very emotional time for my sisters and me in the room, the sale of our childhood home after 61 years. Mel & Neeraj were both incredibly supportive and deeply respectful. Melanie & Neeraj Thank you for all your hard work and support! We are thrilled with the outcome! - Ngā mihi mahana, Kite siblings of Otara

Jitender and Sally recently sold my property via auction. Whilst it was a slow market to sell in they achieved a great price for me and tidied up the proceedings all whist I lived in another city. Thanks very much!!

We had a tricky property to sell and after looking around on Trade Me, by chance I rang Mona to see what she thought. She went through her contacts and within a week found a buyer, and a week later it was unconditional. She worked so hard and communicated so well about everything. We were super impressed with the service and we got a great result which has really allowed us to move on. She's been brilliant.
