I just had the opportunity to buy a property through Ajay Dhir, and am very satsified with how seamless the process was. Ajay has always been prompt with his communication with me. His expertise in the area was very reassuring and cleared my concerns and doubts that I had when buying my property. I highly reccomend him to all home buyers and investors.

I recently purchased an investment property through Digvijay Singh and the experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. As a investor, I had many questions and uncertainties, but Digvijay went above and beyond to provide expert guidance, transparent communication, and trustworthy advice throughout the entire process. He is not only highly knowledgeable about the local real estate market, but also incredibly responsive and professional. His in-depth understanding of property investment, current market trends, and suburb growth potential really helped me make a confident and informed decision. What impressed me most was his genuine approach — always prioritizing my goals and ensuring I got the best value. He also went above and beyond using his connections with a good agency to help find me a suitable tenant in a timely manner. If you're looking to buy, sell, or invest in property, I highly recommend Digvijay Singh as your go-to real estate agent. His dedication, local expertise, and exceptional service truly set him apart. Whether you’re a first home buyer or seasoned investor, you’ll be in great hands!

Our newly built home at 26A Sandgate Avenue, Botany Downs, Auckland, was successfully sold three weeks ago. Despite the challenging economic conditions and a slow property market, our sales agent, Victor Bai, demonstrated exceptional dedication. He worked tirelessly to find the right buyer, ultimately securing a sale through a referral from his colleague on the North Shore. We are truly grateful for Victor’s professionalism and unwavering commitment to achieving this result. He is an excellent real estate agent in Eastern Auckland.

Sharine Burns has sold 3 properties for both me and my daughter and we have recommended her to our friend recently because she is simply the best. She advised how to stage the properties in fine detail helping us with her own pieces. My daughter hurt her leg and Sharine came to help.we were so great full.
