I’ve worked with Melanie and her team many times. The experience is always great. She and her team are hard working, focused, and high achieving. The communication is great. They keep trying no matter what. And they follow through from agreement to settlement to after sale. Very trustworthy. They listen to me which is very important. They are a very professional team who get the result. I recommend them without hesitation.

Knew Munish Bhat as a fellow golfer at Whitford. He lead us to Vikas Vij. Think the, team at Barfoot works cohesively. While Munish, helped with the initiative of suggesting the, restorative work on the property, after visiting it, Vikas was at open homes. There must be other marketing features that both Munish & Vij were involved in , including the video. Well done !

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aakar Vyas from Barfoot & Thompson Flat Bush for the sale of my property at 22 Joseph Street, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Aakar always stood out for his exceptional communication skills. He kept me informed at every stage of the process, ensuring I never felt left in the dark. What I appreciated most was his ability to provide honest, transparent opinions. Rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear, he gave me realistic market insights that helped me make informed decisions. Aakar’s knowledge of the Flat Bush area is second to none. He understands the local market dynamics intimately, which was clearly reflected in the strategy he used to market my home. Beyond his expertise, he is incredibly approachable and easy to deal with. He handled every challenge with a calm, "can-do" attitude that took the stress out of the entire selling process. If you are looking for a real estate professional who is hardworking, honest, and truly knows the heartbeat of the local community, I highly recommend team Aakar Vyas.

I appreciate the passion and motivation that real estate agent put in selling the house, also he is a great communicator. However, it seems to me that the real estate agent didn't have the full knowledge of the house he was selling or withheld known facts about the house (water supply system, sliding door of wardrobe and bedroom door issues et ac). Building a stronger sense of professionalism will make him go a long way.

I had an excellent experience working with my real estate agent to sell my property. From the very beginning, they demonstrated strong market knowledge, professionalism, and a clear strategy to achieve the best possible result. They provided valuable advice on pricing, presentation, and marketing, which made a noticeable difference in attracting serious buyers. The entire process was handled efficiently, with great attention to detail and consistent communication, so I always felt informed and confident. What stood out most was their dedication and negotiation skills. They worked hard to secure a great outcome and always acted in my best interests. Selling a home can be stressful, but they made it smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I would highly recommend my agent to anyone looking to sell their property. Truly a reliable and results-driven professional.

As first-time property sellers, we were naturally a bit nervous, but working with A Team made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They provided us with very knowledgeable guidance throughout the process and gave an extremely accurate appraisal, which gave us great confidence from the start. They even went the extra mile by recommending us what to do up for the property in order to maximise the potential of the selling, they made everything seamless and well-coordinated. Once the property was on the market, they kept us constantly updated, clearly explained each step, and helped us stay calm and reassured the whole way through. The team was highly professional, approachable, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend A Team to anyone.
