On some days where we were unsuccessful in the search of a home that we would like, he would still have a smile on his face and have a positive attitude to reassure me that my dream of owning a home would indeed become a reality. He was extremely patient with our search and decisions for a new home and was not pushy at all. Hanish ensured that he went the extra mile in searching for a potential property for us. He made sure that our new home would have everything that we ever desired. Before viewing the property, he would thoroughly research about it beforehand so that no time was wasted. He was always with us for viewings and was punctual. His communication skills were unmatched, and he would always update me on the house market and suggest me new homes to view. Most importantly, he would always ask me to be honest and if I had any concerns. It was very easy to talk and open up to him. On top of that, he also guided me through the paperwork after the purchase and continued to help me which was very kind of him. Throughout the whole experience he treated me like family and I am forever grateful for his service and compassion towards us. Thanks to him my dream for a new home has finally turned into a reality. We were looking for our firsthome to move into with our family, Hanish called me when i inquired about a property through FB, he asked if we had an agent and with the reply of No he told me he was our agent from that day. I was lucky enough to have Jenny as my real estate agent throughout the process of selling my home. I am a widow now and the thought of dealing with it all was really daunting but fortunately Jenny took over and made the whole process so easy. My house was sold within 3 weeks and I cant thank Jenny enough for her kindness, knowledge and professionalism from hiring contractors right through to picking me up on Auction day.
