I have come to real estate in a round-about way, however my background has shaped me into the effective and passionate salesperson that I am today! My qualifications include a Science degree, a National Diploma in Construction Management and a NZ Certificate in Regulatory Compliance. After completing my Construction Management studies in 2011, I took on the role of Site Foreman for a construction company. Excellent communicator combining knowledge of the market with real care.

People say buying a house is stressful, but not when you have Jasjeet by your side. He manages to combine professionalism and know-how with effortless care. He asked me what I was looking for and really listened, and only sent me listings that met all criteria. Never once in the four months we worked together did he show impatience or frustration, he kept saying the right property will come along. And it did. And when it did, he helped with all negotiations, explained things clearly, and helped me research the area so I knew what I was getting myself into. Not only that, through his many connections he also made finding a building inspector and making changes to the property super easy. Jasjeet is a real gem, and if I ever get to buy or sell a property again, I would only work with him again.

Good communication

Selling our house was an overall good experience. He was easy to communicate with, very approachable and upfront, and even when he travelled overseas partway through the process, we were still able to stay connected through WhatsApp and email. His colleague Hanish supported us during the final steps and helped get the sale completed.
