We would not hesitate to recommend Neil Sharpe to anyone who wants everything you require in an agent who will work tirelessly on your behalf. His knowledge and the way nothing is too much trouble to him to be there for you, was certainly appreciated by both Selwyn and I when it came to the selling of our home. Thank you Neil for minimising the stress!

Every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations, including how quickly they sold our property. The effort put into creating outstanding and effective marketing content was impressive; this wasn't just a cookie-cutter process. The communication and professionalism of the wider team were faultless. Not using Chris to sell your home would be a mistake.

Neil and Craig were honest, gave a realistic market valuation given the conditions in real-estate at the time. They kept us informed of how the marketing and open homes were received and how many likely bidders they would likely have at the auction. Fantastic result at auction. Achieved the reserve price and a little more. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use their services again.

We had a fabulous experience with Diana and her team when we recently sold our property. We were very impressed with the speed that things happened, and with Team Cussen's amazing communication. We felt 'in the loop' every step of the way. We appreciated Diana's friendly nature and sense of humour, which really helped us to feel relaxed about the usually stressful selling process. Thanks again Team Cussen for all your hard work getting us sold!

It’s a big decision to put your house on the market on the threat of a declining market. However Diana’s calming manner & knowledge put me at ease. Aiko is very driven, professional and continually presented offers. I really admired her work ethic. Charlé is helping me find my next home and I love her not just for her work ethic but her heart , honesty and patience. Thank you team Di you all compliment each other.

It is our pleasure to provide this review of Scott McElhinney. We were particularly impressed with Scott's relaxed and warm approach and formed an excellent working relationship with Scott from our first meeting with him. At no time did we feel pressured into making any choices throughout the process of selling our home. Scott and his team were amazing to deal with. We felt extremely supported at all times. Our endless questions and deliberations were always met with a smile, patience and excellent advice. The marketing campaign of the property was both professional and of such an impeccably high standard that we would have no hesitation in recommending anyone considering listing their property for sale, to engage Scott's services.

Diana is a true professional and it was a great pleasure to work with her and the team. She guided me through the whole process with great patience and understanding as my family had to deal with a close family bereavement at the time. The house was sold quickly, all due to Diana and her team’s hard work. It’s very obvious she has a great work ethic and a wonderful manner. Thankyou Diana for a job well done.

I met Scott on several occasions at a couple of Open Homes. Then my hubby went to 13 Hereford with me and then we visited again! Scott could tell our interest was piqued and talked to us about the property giving us extra detail and discussed points that we should double check before auction day. Then Scott helped us through many of those questions quickly and efficiently. It definitely made ours and the lawyer's job easier. Thanks so much Scott!
