Our first impression of Tania was that she is incredibly invested in ensuring your understanding of the process from start to finish and where her involvement in that process is. She contacted us a few days after our meeting to answer any questions and gauge our interest in employing her as our Real Estate Agent. This made us feel like a priority and that she was already invested in our joint success. She kept us well informed throughout the process and was involved at every step. She kept our cat company at open homes and respected our wishes in people having their shoes off inside. She has great humour, solid motivation to sell, and a very genuine and honest human. Questions we had were able to be answered although sometimes not with great confidence. The agent we worked with was willing to meet at the house last minute on multiple occasions which we really valued and appreciated and there was never a rush to get in and out. Sometimes felt that there lacked some transparency particularly through the purchasing/negotiating phase which is somewhat understandable but other than that all good really.
