We have tried to identify the winning ingredient/s that we feel would best describe Louise & Brendon's success in achieving the splendid outcome of selling Pook Rd. Three words spring to mind: Professionalism, Commitment & Connection.
Connection: Selling our lifestyle property was a watershed decision for us. The home had been a fairytale fulfilment of a lifetime dream. We both knew that to survive the marketing/selling ordeal, it would need a very special person/s. Our instincts were that we wanted more than a "good sales person/s". We also needed a good human being/s. These two qualities, we imagined, assures the benefits of both a "happy vendor" and, potentially a "happy purchaser". Fortunately, our instinct was validated not only throughout the entire marketing campaign, but more particularly, at the point of sale! Both Louise & Brendon empowered us with good advice, kept us updated on progress, dealt with any issues, yet demonstrated sensitivity to our own expectations, & developed a good rapport between ALL the parties throughout. On every occasion, it was always an uplifting experience to deal with Louise & Brendon. That is "connection".
Commitment: Like Sonny Bill, our two agents never let their eyes off the ball. Or, our preferred analogy: they were the champion dogs at the NZ sheepdog trials (by rounding up the buyers!).
Professionalism: We won't resort to the usual cliches, Louise & Brendon deserve better. We all understand and recognise professionalism. It's only when we don't receive it, it requires mentioning. This was never the case for us. After every open home & viewing, we received feedback ensuring our inclusiveness at every step throughout the entire marketing campaign.
