A true real estate professional
From the moment Craig arrived to appraise our property we felt confident in his ability to sell, he was professional, detailed in his suggestions and plans for marketing leading to a successful sale 10 days after listing. Craigs communication was always on point and we felt we were fully appraised of all prospective purchasers and feedback. Having previously bought through Craig we were confident this time as vendors with the added benefit of Craig living in the area and having a wealth of local knowledge he would bring us a positive outcome.

Good Communication and Professional service
We saw the photos and videos of the house on the Internet and were attracted by the story-telling description. The process of communication was very smooth, and the appointment to see the house was also very fast. The house was sold within 10 days of being on the market, which was very efficient.

A smooth, yet fun experience.
Being a first home buyer, we were on a turbulent journey. After having made an offer, Michale has been thorough professional and we could easily make out the dept of his experience in the field - we never really fealt we are buying our first home as it all went really smooth. We were initially a bit cautious and anxious, but the professionalism and the confidence that Michael exhibited made the journey a fun ride. Experienced, honest agent

Stellar performance from a strong team
We have been in Chatswood since 2008 and had met Dale when we were looking for our house at the time. We have seen Dale and Shirley working in the neighborhood since then but over the years we had been acquainted with another local agent and had decided that when we were prepared to sell, we would go with them.
