We didn’t really understand nor fully appreciate Tip’s “motto” of “Going The Extra Mile” until we had the pleasure of working with Tip for the very unexpected sale of our property. From the off-market shoulder tap of “would you consider selling”, a viewing less that 24 hours later through to Settlement a journey of just 13 working days, Tip worked tirelessly throughout to facilitate this sale and now, having been on the real estate journey with Tip, we can only describe her motto of “Going The Extra Mile” as an understatement in how she delivers.
