Selling our property Review
Towards the end of July 20, I rang Harcourts as we were ready to sell and was put thru to Stuart Ward's . From our first contact with Stuart, we felt very relaxed and confident with Stuart as our agent. Stuart is friendly, professional and always has a smile. Stuarts honesty and clear communication helped keep us well imformed and up to date with phone calls and written reports. He was very understanding of our needs and worked with us, as we had a small dog that we needed to consider when having people view our property. Our property went to Auction online due to the second Covid 19 lockdown in Auckland. We felt very supported by Stuart during the Zoom Auction on the phone and we were so happy with the outcome that Stuart achieved for us. Overall Stuart is very professional, postive ,approachable and easy to communicate with. We would recommend that anyone buying or selling to contact Stuart. We would like to say a big THANK YOU to Stuart.

Sale of 30 Basra Drive, Henderson Heights
It is with our sincerest and heart felt thanks we write this testimony. Being a very stressful time and being even more so as we are in the older age group, the stressful became relaxed as Bruce and Dale gave us confidence, supporting and encouraging us through the whole process. Their attitude was relaxed, friendly and very professional. Bruce kept us informed and relaxed by providing daily updates either in person or via the phone. Was the second property and good numbers of people came through both, even under the current Aucklan
Was very good. I did my research of various agents around the Henderson Heights area, attending Open Homes etc. Sebastian's follow up way out stripped any other agent.

To those who are looking for an agent to sell their home, look no further! Sebastian kept me fully informed every step of the way. He kept all meeting appointments and did not hold back if there were things that others had sugar-coated over. He was there when I needed any information that i was not clear about and i appreciated his firm hand at the end. We did not get what i thought we would but i can tell you, there was no lack of trying on his part. I would not hesitate to tell anyone looking to sell there home that he is their man!! A sale during lockdown
Sebastian was very confident and efficient right from the get go. He has a very carefree nature which highlights his experience in this industry. Our house was listed on the market just days before we went into Lockdown 2 yet Sebastian managed to have people viewing our home by appointment everyday right from day 1. Our plans had to change from an onsite auction to an online auction via zoom- Sebastian bought the bidders and we were happy on the day with the process and outcome.

Very professional
When he says he works for the vendor to get the best sale price he really means it. It’s not just a sales pitch. Also was very helpful when we had to deal with some difficult / stressful circumstances involving council.
