I would highly recommend Bruce and Dale , this is the 2nd property they have sold for me. Such a lovely couple to deal with very professional in every manner , keeping me in the loop the whole way. This is tough.... I need to try and find a balance between telling you how awesome Bruce and Dale really are, but still having you believe that this is a genuinely independent review. If I tell "The whole truth and nothing but the truth" you won't believe me, you'll think...."he's written this himself".... so this is the dialled back and watered down version, just so you know it's real! From the initial appraisal to the popping of the champagne after a successful auction, these guys were simply A-MA-ZING! They work seamlessly as a team, have fantastic communication, which is delivered with integrity & professionalism. They use language that can be understood by people without a law degree, offer a logical commonsense approach to any hurdles.... and all of this is done with a smile on the dial! This is the 2nd time they have sold property for us, 2008 & 2021 and it won't be the last. If you want honest hard working people.... who are 100% working for you... then you've just found them!

I first knew Sebastian about 12 years ago when I was looking for a house - the result I purchased Rhinevale Close. It was the best thing that ever happened to me, I have loved this house and have done a lot of redecorating but time to move on now and as Sebastian said to me "the time is right". Over the years I have occasionally thought about down grading but each time Sebastian has talked me out of it and told me to wait longer, he has a real feel for the real estate world and his positive attitude and knowledge makes him very easy to work with. I will always be grateful for his advice and simply being the special person he is.
