This was our second auction with Sebastian. I was so surprised with how much marketing had changed with a lot of reach now through the internet. We were really pleased with the service we received from Bruce and Dale. They identified (quite accurately as it turned out) the sort of price we could reasonably expect from a sale, based on similar properties, and clearly outlined our selling options. As a result, we opted for open homes and an auction. During the period of the open homes, they provided details of the viewers and their comments, and obtained feedback from them, which we found very useful. We received a pre-auction offer which was accepted and this led to an earlier auction. In spite of the short time available, they contacted all the possible bidders to get their attendance. The auction was a success and the final price was very acceptable. Dale and Bruce make a great team, very professional, willing and knowledgeable, with great communication skills. We really appreciate their efforts on our behalf and would happily use their services the next time we were buying or selling.
