Michael’s work ethics is purely outstanding. He has a depth of knowledge about real estate, different strategies, how it works and what it means for us, he is able to share experiences with recent sales, how to deal with certain scenarios, what went wrong in some instances and how to avoid it. He has this approachable personality which makes you feel comfortable to ask any questions you may have or seek his professional advice. He is also very considerate with regards to our routine, our privacy and our personal affairs. My husband works night shifts so he makes it appoint that we are comfortable with the schedule, viewing times or even the timing of his calls. He is well aware of the times when my husband is sleeping and he reaches out to me to relay any info or give us an update. He also has this very personal approach with clients. He calls and takes the time to speak to the both of us if there are any issues or decisions we have to make. He doesn’t make us panic. He always has a very positive outlook and constantly reminds us that we are in a healthy campaign and we are on the right track. Michael has a very genuine personality. When he asks ‘how are you’ you will feel that he really hears what you’re saying and responds to it. It’s been a great pleasure working with Michael.
