Frazer is very experienced and energetic and works very hard to get you the best result. They have an established, well oiled process which they execute very well. He listened and incorporated our ideas and suggestions (a holiday period launch) and guided us to the fairest outcome. We were overseas and relied on Frazer and Michelle for organising last minute trades, they have a supply of cost effective reliable people for that. This is the second property we are selling with Frazer and Michelle and they did a fantastic job again.

it is very limited about what agents could do in the trade. However, Alice was trying very hard to pass on all my requests to the vendor, and get things sorted while she is going through a very special moment of her life (carrying a baby in the belly). really appreciate for all her help, fast handling requests and communicate inbetween.
