The Simon and Thomas team works very very well. Simon answers his phone texts/emails in a timely way which is critical to me because I'm time poor. The house prep was hard work and he literally went out and Facetimed me from shops to purchase the right finishing touches. Great taste, knew exactly what we needed. Honestly - how many Agents would do this? SImon is backed by a team of truly professional people and we have a great outcome thanks to them, and the Megan Jaffe Real Estate professionals. Both my partner and myself enjoy working with Michael and his team (Cleo). We found them very professional, responsive and patient to us as well as our buyers. We never felt we have been pushed to make a decision, all our opinions have always been valued. When we request to change anything, Michael and Cleo will discuss the pro and cons with us, . Once we have decided, the changes will be implemented straight away. Also really thank you for the auctioneer as well as the whole team assist our online auction. There was a technical issue at beginning of the auction, however, the whole team immediately found the solution and solved the issue. I can tell each bidder have been taken care by one agent. It was a seemless process and we are very impressed. Also I personally really like the presentation (photos & videos) from Raywhite, these are so important to bring potential buyers and then start the conversations. Definitely will recommend Raywhite and Michael's team to our friends and family.
