Trent has been amazing to deal with, after looking for houses for over 6 months we grew frustrated with so many agents low balling prices to get more people to auction, Trent did the opposite he told us prices based on other sales to give us a real idea and help manage our expectations, he also encouraged us to do our research to make sure we were happy before trying to get us to bid on the house, his communication and support through the whole process was excellent and we would highly recommend him to others.
