We would definitely recommend Simon and Thomas as the go-to team to market and sell your home. Thomas was hard-working and a great communicator. He was organised and we were made to feel that he had all the time for marketing our property - despite being busy with other properties. Thank you Simon, Thomas and Jennie. You are the dream team!

You are in the best hands with Matt and team! The complete sale process was made very easy with brilliant communication and advice. Continuously being kept up to date with the progress of open homes and interested buyers was great it didn’t matter we weren’t in Auckland; the whole journey was seamless.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Michael for all the time and patience he has spent with us over the last few weeks. He was always just a phone call away with any questions we had or even just to vent. The real estate market is crazy right now! He always gave us the answers we needed and if he didn’t know the answers, he got back to us in a very short period of time. Going into this adventure, we were very anxious and nervous. Michael put all our anxiety and nervousness at ease and assured us things will go smoothly….and they did! We can’t thank Michael enough for all his hard work in helping us through the selling process. Thank you…. thank you…. thank you!!

You have an air of authenticity which is hard to find in this industry so thank you for making it a good experience for us! Appreciate all your kind and professional assistance! We will certainly recommend your service to our friends.

Lindi has been extremely supportive during this period especially with the market going down. She has always been encouraging and giving great ideas. Fast communication and instant reaction to potential buyer and market is what I thought to be the key to successfully sold the house. Highly recommended, if I need to sell my house again, i would look for her again.

Michael & Tatyana are an outstanding team with their professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment to achieve the best possible result. Prior to listing , Michael & family offered advice to prepare the place, which was greatly appreciated. All concerns raised during the campaign, they had a solution and were very proactive in fixing the problem. While prices were dropping it was reassuring to have such experienced agents manage the marketing plan. It has been a long 4months and I am grateful for your patience. I have enjoyed working with Michael & Tatyana and would recommend them to market and sell any property in this area. Bronwen Kerr, Rutherford Terrace

This is our 4th and most challenging transaction with Ryan & Alex. They did an amazing job with the method of sale and marketing which resulted in more offers than expected. We have always found them extremely professional and highly appreciate the level of communication and collaboration they bring to the process. They would without a doubt be our choice of agent going forward and we would recommend them without hesitation.

I can't speak highly enough of John and Eliza and how they handled every aspect of the sale process; not only did they achieve a great sale result, their communication was excellent and John's super professional, calm and warm approach is reassuring. John's real estate knowledge and his ability to get purchasers stimulated and ready to purchase was also very clear throughout the process. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending John and Eliza and I will certainly be using them again in the future.
