Excellent sale by auction "Captained" by Maree Gray
Maree Gray's performance representing Harcourt & Co was excellent in every way. Maree took responsibility for everything from the start and her huge depth of experience quickly showed. She even prepared a great detailed plan of the process and timeline for our information and approval. The whole technical and tricky job was managed in a way that gave every confidence to us that she knew what she was doing. We got a good result at a difficult time to be selling and are very pleased. We would highly recommend selling your house thru Harcourts with Maree at the helm.

Very professional

Sale of residential property
Gavin & Michelle were very professional and showed very good market knowledge. Their advice and regular feedback during the marketing stage was helpful and informative. I really appreciated Michelle's support and help with managing the open homes, etc. I would have preferred a more consultative approach regarding the photos & video used . I was impressed with the auctioneer and thought the staging company you recommended did a very good job,
