Misaki & Nic are a dream team fully committed to sell your house! The communication was excellent, we were always kept up to date with any developments during the sales process. From the start explaining what service they will and will not supply, during the preparation advising what to do where to invest and which improvements have no impact on the sale, to the market evaluation, and finally the actual sales negotiations. Many hurdles coming up during the sale were managed very hands on, starting with the property preparation having the right contacts for support teams, the actual staging of the house, bringing accessories to make the place look better. But not only this, Nic helped to get missing council consents in place – he really knows how this works. All this took a lot of pressure away from us as homeowner. The whole process exceeded our expectations due to their hard work and commitment – we sold after two weekends of open homes in a difficult market in March 2024!
