While the property was in an awesome location, the house sitting on the land was less than desirable due to being in need of some considerable maintenance work and modernization. Despite this, they agreed to take it on and were confident from the start of being able to secure a good price for it. While we initially got a couple of false starts from time wasters, we did eventually receive an offer for the property that in the end we were more than happy to accept, which was miraculous given the condition of the house itself. Both Nic and Misaki kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and reports which was also very much appreciated.
