There is no doubt that my 10+ years' of experience in property management has fuelled my passion for people and property. Known for my patience, organisation and creativity, I thrive in this role where I work alongside the team to grow the business and help meet the needs and diversities of their owners. My ability to speak three different languages - English, Cantonese and Mandarin, makes my skill set applicable to a broad audience. “True to their form”. The email came at 5am on the dot as Nikki said. Thank you Nikki and your team.

Immediate responses, we had no discussions on the market, it was a matter of getting me into my apartment and organising my tenancy agreement , which happened in timely fashion. No negotiation was needed as everything was communicated in clear fashion. I think Nikki and team have managed to be “professional, but with a personal touch”. Thank you.

Professional and friendly

Amanda of B&T Browns Bay has been a pleasure to deal with when choosing our location of choice. Willing to communicate and finalise our agreement well after hours she had certainly proved to us that her clients are her priority. A late concern not of B&T’s doing just prior to moving in date, was successfully dealt with by Amanda and we were able to move in without any concerns. Kudos must also go to the friendly ladies that greeted me on the morning of collecting the keys, who were very pleasant and courteous. They presented me with a welcome pack and welcomed me to Barefoot & Thompson, which genuinely made me feel I was going to be in good hands as a client. Thank you B&T Browns Bay for making our experience an extremely satisfying one.

Knowledgeable and helpful

I engaged with Anna early on and she provided me with lots of useful information and guidance. Once we moved into gear to get tenants, she found good candidates very quickly and sorted everything for us - including organising some minor repairs that needed to be done.

We had a very positive experience with the property manager Anna Gibbons. She have been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate.
