Everything about William
We are busy working people so we are very happy that we have William as our property manager. He is professional always consider from both landlords and tenants point of view and find ways that work for both. We trust him to either make decisions for us or make recommendations for big decisions we need to make.

Great Prompted and professional service

So happy with Amanda and Jamie and team at Browns Bay, leasing our property really quickly and for a rent we were very happy with. Were super clear in requirements and what we needed to do as landlords to get property ready. Communication around viewings and bringing people to view was excellent. 100% recommend.

Deals with everything!
Cannot say enough about the team at Browns bay who manage our Apartment, they are great! They always send info, updates and statements are prompt. They also contact the tenants for minor issues and any updates on the apartment block on our behalf. For anyone who resides mainly overseas this team are just who you need.
