We met with Wanly and Jo and they arrived at our first meeting armed with plenty of information on our property and the area. With Wanly’s help we made a marketing plan over 4 weeks that we were happy with and agreed on an auction date. She guided us through the process of staging and advertising. The property went live and we had open homes for two weeks (Saturday and Sunday) run by Wanly and at least one of her team. Monday of week 3 Wanly and Jo presented us with a pre auction offer. This was lower than we wanted so Wanly engaged in negotiation with the buyer to increase the offer to a figure we were happy with. The auction was brought forward and we had a sale. At all times Wanly and her team communicated with us, were always available if we had questions and we enjoyed what we believe was a very personal service. I would absolutely recommend Wanly and her team.

Travis was great to deal with - working alongside Matt, it is evident these guys make a great team. They were fantastic at setting timelines for us to work to from the very beginning as we worked towards getting the house on the market. This really helped us be accountable and get things done! Communication wise, cannot fault - always kept us in the loop and made sure we understood the process and things that were happening. Matt was fantastic to deal with - right from the very beginning he was integral at setting timelines for us and keeping us on track as we prepared to get the house on the market. He made everything really easy for us with the network of experts he had available to utilise from painters, staging through to more general advice. His communication was great throughout the whole process, and he was awesome at explaining things to us. Matt was there on auction day (and facilitated the phone bidder), all ran very smoothly and efficiently and we were very lucky to sell on the day.
