What a Superstar!

Jo is very knowledgeable both in terms of knowing her suburbs and as an agent. She kept me well informed throughout the sale of my property and assisted me in every manner needed. She conducts herself very professionally and I felt very comfortable dealing with her. Highly recommended.

Wanly and her team were very professional and friendly when marketing our Long Bay property. It was not easy as she had to deal with difficult tenants and Covid. However through all this Wanly persevered with a great outcome for us

Excellent agent!

Matt was an excellent agent. He was a wealth of knowledge on the market and presented a solid and professional marketing plan which got us a great result in a very tough market. Matt and his team had great communication and were committed to selling our property for us. He ran two open homes each weekend whilst on the market which was impressive. Overall, Matt was personable and professional. As first time sellers he talked through everything and ensured we got the best deal and understood all the finer details. Highly recommend and would definitely use him again. Thank you Matt and team!

Very pleasant and positive experience. Great to work with someone so professional, and helpful.

Right from the start, Sam impressed me with the way she explained the sales process. She made it very clear and easy to understand. She impressed me with the depth of her knowledge and experience. Every step of the way, she kept me updated, and explained very clearly what was happening. She was very easy to talk to on the phone, and was brilliant at responding quickly to texts or emails. She was always very pleasant, nothing was ever too much trouble, she often went out of her way to make things easier for me. Sam put a lot of energy into getting a sale. At times, things were a bit stressful, particularly as I wasn't in the same city, but Sam was very good at deflecting the stress for me. I would be very pleased to recommend Sam to any other vendor.

A positive experience

Michael was extremely professional and followed through when he told us something. His knowledge of the market was excellent and the fact that he knew some people in our area who were looking for a home like ours, really worked in our favour. His communication with both of us (my husband and I) was also excellent often just reassuring us if there was nothing new to report. He was not pushy at all and was very calm throughout what can be a highly stressful time in our lives. We would highly recommend Michael.

Not fantastic

Matt did a good job of introducing and getting the listing signed up. The feedback I gave about expected price being based on older sales and not the most recent proved valid and as the campaign progressed the expectations were dropped to end up well below the appraisal range. It was an example of buying a listing and unwinding vendor expectations during the process. I did have difficulty reaching Matt by phone.once he returned my call within a few minutes but apart from that was slow to return my calls. Overall I can’t say I was super impressed

In safe hands

We are so incredibly grateful for having Team Booth on our side. The first goal was to have the house on the market as soon as possible. The challenge was – it was a week before Christmas! This is when Annie and Je’maine’s combined skills, knowledge, experience & industry contacts kicked in. They worked tirelessly to make it happen. They knew exactly how the market would play out over the traditionally quiet holiday period & adjusted their strategy to suit. To our amazement, the house was successfully listed on the Friday before Christmas (just four days after our first contact) & a well-structured plan for open homes was created. Hand on hearts, we were thrilled to see how that marketing plan played out, & impressed by the high standard of marketing collateral created so quickly. We were also impressed by the energy & creativity that Annie and Je’maine brought to the whole process – right down to the detail of helping stage for the open homes. Professionalism oozed from every aspect of their marketing. No stone was left unturned to generate the maximum amount of buyer interest in our home. This was reflected in the large number of parties who were shown through our home, & ultimately in the number of bidders who took part in the auction process. In what was a particularly challenging time for Auckland’s real estate market, & a traditionally quiet time of the year for market & buyer activity, we were both delighted & relieved that Team Booth achieved the outcome we had hoped for. There always will be stress in life-changing situations like this. But we knew we were in safe hands. Annie and Je’maine kept us completely informed and encouraged through the whole process. In our opinion their combined management & marketing skills and experience are second to none. It may sound like a cliché, but it really was a case of their teamwork making our dream work!
