Ray White - Team Anton.... YES! Hara Jeng - DEFINITELY YES!. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. We had a change in family thinking with regard to a property sale. Hara, without demur or signs of impatience, cancelled her originally discussed and planned marketing arrangements, her energies and those of her support colleagues and enthusiastically transferred, within two or three days, those efforts to the sale of our property. She attentively listened to our views and wishes for its presentation, offered acceptable, keenly expressed and very workable concepts without forcing the grand or sometimes O.T.T. processes or preparations considered "de rigueur" among some real estate agents. Within three weeks she shepherded us elderly folks through the traumatic experience of selling, for the first time in our lives, a HOME that we had made and become very attached to over many years. She was genuine and reassuring on the marketable attractiveness of the house and garden and, in addition to general media advertising worked hard to raise awareness from all of her contacts and encouraged interest from other real estate offices. She personally made daily contact to inform of the train of interest and followed through to contribute to resolutions for those "hiccups" which inevitably arise. Her consistently smiley, happy demeanour added an exceptionally additional dimension to our relationship such that it was almost as if she were a concerned, attentive and diligent daughter. Hara went above and beyond with the marketing of our property from staging to listing. Her attention to detail and creative flair was impressive. Her bright and positive personality and friendly approach made the whole sales process smooth and stress free. Just as our property was ready to go to market, we were hit with Level 4 Lockdown. Despite this situation, Hara & the Team provided reassurance and knew exactly what action to take based on their experience. Once the lockdown moved levels, Hara kept the wheels in motion by conducting private viewings following new strict guidelines and reporting back to us. We initially had doubts about the online auction but these were immediately put to ease. We sold our property via online auction with a great price which was outstanding.
