Dom & Ady were amazing. We live in Tauranga & they had no hesitation to jump in the car & drive down from Auckland to take us through the process of selling our apartment. Dom's knowledge, experience & enthusiasm for the Auckland apartment market immediately made us feel at ease with the process. Regular contact from Dom & Ady made sure we were always kept informed as to the process & what we should consider doing to get the best sales result possible. Thank you for both putting 150% into the marketing & sale of our apartment.

Dominic and Ady were flexible about enabling us to view the property as we didn't live nearby and then again with a pre-settlement viewing, so we could get our tenants into the property immediately after purchase.

Dominic and Ady Huang from Ray White know their stuff on these central Auckland apartments. Each building has its (leaky?) history, Body Corp, building manager etc, and Dominic's knowledge goes way back. For investors, Ady quotes all the outgoings and rent appraisals from memory.

Dear Dominic and Ady, Thankyou for achieving a much better than expected sale price, for my compromised studio apartment . Your thoughtful strategy of announcing the Reserve paid off handsomely, by generating a late doubling of serious interest, (shown in your stats) which has certainly been reflected in the excellent result. You should also know that equally valuable to me was the seamless co-ordination you achieved between accountant, lawyer and Body Corporate Secretary. Something that could only have been done with maximum focus and motivation. I feel blessed to have made your acquaintance. yours sincerely Dr Tony Atkinson

Met Dominic, randomly whilst in the building for another viewing. He was conducting an open home and took me to show this apartment that he was managing. To cut a long story short, was polite, informative, and helped through the whole process to me ( an auction Novice). It was a successful outcome

They are extremely knowledgeable about apartments (especially leasehold) in the city and expressed exceptional communication and professionalism. We felt we were taken care of and kept up to date throughout the process before and after the sale. They provided weekly feedback from the potential buyers and constantly reviewed the marketing campaign according to what would work best for our property to obtain a successful result. Thank you for guiding us through the process, we are grateful to have worked with you.

This is my first time purchasing an apartment, and Dominic and Ady has been great help in teaching me what to look out for and tips on what’s a good value apartment. I was able to win the auction at a good price and I’m very happy with my purchase. Will be using them again if I buy more city apartments.
