Ady and Dominic did a wonderful job. I have dealt with many agents in the past and Ady and Dominic were head and shoulders above the rest. They went well beyond any other agent I have dealt with and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends, family and work colleagues.

Dominic and his trusty sidekick Ady were awesome. I enquired about several listings with various agents but Dominic and Ady were extremely prompt in returning my emails. Everything was done via email until i needed to call them. It really was an easy connect. I ws walked thru the bidding at auction and Dominic was awesome on auction day. I won the auction at a cery good price. They are my go to agents. They worked hard for me and for their vendor. I am really happy to refer them and use them again.

Gabriela tailored a marketing strategy and program to suit our property in this changing market. Combine that with regular updates both written and verbal we had every confidence she wasn't leaving any stone unturned. The end result was identifying a purchaser and working closely with them to overcome their objections before getting them to commit all while negotiating hard on our behalf to maximize value. Highly recommend Gabriela if you need a hardworking agent you can trust.

Dominic and Ady helped me put an end to open homes and property viewing. I was skeptical and worried about the auction initially but they really helped me overcome the fear by going through with utmost patience any questions and worries that I had. Their knowledge and professionalism was definitely reassuring. I look forward to enjoying the new place. Thank you Dominic and Ady.

Being a property investor and home owner, who has moved around the country a bit with my full time job, I have met many Real Estate Agents. I have met some good Agents, average Agents and useless ones. Dominic and Ady are by far the best. They have gone well beyond our expectations and really well beyond any of the many Agents we have dealt with in the past. They took the time to understand our needs as clients, for what was a pretty complex and difficult property and delivered a result that we were very happy with. Among the many things they did and well before it entered into an auction campaign is they helped us present the property we were selling in the best possible way, to ensure it gave us the best opportunity to maximise our price. Agents in the past I have dealt with simply want to get the property listed as fast as possible to get the sale based on their needs only, not the sellers. Dominic and Ady aren't like that. Further, they have been in contact with us for many years and ensured they remained on our radar. We will most definitely use them again, should we need to exit a property in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone that wants Real Estate Agents that do genuinely want the best result for their sellers.

Thank you for bringing the property at The Docks to our attention and representing us at the Auction. On this occasion we were unsuccessful, however your continued support is always appreciated.

Dominic and Ady a well polished combination took on selling our apartment portraying confidence and experience in the apartment real estate market. What impressed my wife and I the most was there honesty on the climate of the market even if it is not what we wanted to hear, there knowledge was right on point. We were kept informed of progress through the stages every step of the way in the end the sale was seamless and better than we expected thanks to a great team.

To whom it may concern, I was quite pleased with Dominic because he gave us every chance to be able to sell our property. He made a few suggestions on what moves we have to make to be able to market our property. It costs us a few dollars but I understood why we had to fork out the money. I wish we could have sold the property at a higher price but Dominic made us realised why the property is only worth what it is. Overall Dominic was very professional with his approach and his expertise was very obvious. I would recommend him to anyone who would want to buy or sell Real Estate in New Zealand.
