Right from the initial appraisal visit Wayne has made the selling of our family home stressfree and easy. He provided great advice thoughout, which resulted in us selling within 1 month of if going on the market. I would recommend Wayne to others, top agent!

I have dealt with a lot of agents in my years as a property investor and I have found Wayne to be right up there with the best - which is why I use him as my Wainuiomata agent. His years of knowledge in the local market, his professionalism, his ability to work with people and get deals across the line make him my pick of the agents in Wainuiomata.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Judy on the purchase of our first home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process, the house and the local market. She was reassuring and supportive and did all she could to ensure a great outcome for both us and her vendor. Judy go to know us and our family's needs well which set her apart. We really appreciate her honesty, integrity and down to earth nature - these are not assets that every agent possesses and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thankyou so much Judy for all your support and guidance.

We contacted Wayne a couple of years ago when we began thinking of selling our house. As well as a valuation, Wayne provided valuable advice on how we might prepare our property for the time we wanted to put it on the market. We decided t here and then that we would want Wayne to be our agent. The work of Wayne and the whole team at Professionals has been first class and made the whole experience a breeze. Great communications and progress reports have kept us informed every step of the way. A great outcome too! We are happy to recommend Wayne and the team to anyone and would like to say a huge THANK YOU for helping us to realise our dreams for the future!

Wayne facilitated a quick pre-market sale of our house to enable us to meet our loan providers requirements and successfully purchase a new (upsized) home. The process was reasonably easy and quick, with additional guidance provided by our lawyer to ensure we would always have a roof over our head and not need temporary accommodation between homes. We received a fair price considering we did not go to market, offset with knowing that the purchaser was a first home buyer. Wayne was friendly with good communication.
