Wayne told us exactly what we could expect for our house in a volatile market, and was also able to guide us on buying our new house, even though he was not their agent. His knowledge was the reason that it all worked. Not only that, his style made it easy, relaxing for all, taking so much stress out of the once in a lifetime situation that could have been heart attack country for normal people. If the situation arose again I would go back to Wayne without considering all the wannabees

In a very tough selling environment Sarah went above and beyond and secured us a price we did not think was possible! She walked us through the process from start to finish and her communication was second to none. Her buyer base was extensive and matched our house with the right buyer.10 out of 10
