Jim was very helpful to help me organise packing and boxes and trips to the tip. It was great as he helped with things that were hard for me to do. Getting boxes out of the loft and loading boxes in the shed and it was a blessing to have that help. Friendly down to earth and real.

Andrea and Brian from the get-go struck us as trust-worthy and genuine. As we interacted more with them they reinforced this by firstly giving us sound advice with respect to our property i.e. appraisal (they got this spot on!!), what to expect etc. Throughout the sale process Andrea and Brian were always professional, kind and patient in explaining the ins and outs of what is required and impressed us with their knowledge of the documentation (we mean seriously who can read the fine print upside down and explain in so well!!!). Also their customer service was exemplary. They were always available by phone, email or to meet in person. So much so we felt we were their only customer although we know they have quite a number of properties for sale in their portfolio. More importantly it was their calm and confident approach that got us there as we were so nervous and apprehensive. Even whilst we were in negotiations they always had our best interests in mind and guided us through what can be quite stressful.
