Amy Peard was our dream agent. Despite it being a turbulent time with the end of our marriage, she was calm and accomodating, and ever-patient with our long journey to ready the house for sale. The first thing that struck me about Amy was how up front she was about everything. She laid it all out from the start so we knew exactly what we could expect, where other agents were very cagey about revealing what our costs would be. We had been understandably nervous when discussing and considering such large sums of money (and piles of emotional baggage!), but Amy's simple honesty and warmth put us at ease. This first impression was only a taste of things to come - as the process continued Amy went on to show us how helpful and perceptive she was with this market, and it was easy to see how much she revels in her role. But where things got even better was when it came to finding buyers. Amy proved very much that one of the most important things is Who You Know - and because she curates such an excellent professional network, and is quite simply a lovely person, a very keen buyer was found for our home from out of town. Although still not without stress, Amy made this deal come together beautifully, and we are hugely indebted to her. Thanks Amy!
