11 real estate agents in Woodhaugh, Otago

Truth be said we weren't looking forward to selling , especially the 'hard sell' side of things that some real-estate agents have a reputation for ! But Alice was up-front , optimistic, encouraging , like a Parent nurturing their child through their first day at school ! Seriously she was fantastic and what was potentially a hard sell became a sure sell ! We came through this process unscathed and impressed by such professionalism ! Highly recommend 👌 .

Alice was always positive, hardworking and very informative about legal and process issues. She took the time to fully understand my situation, the property and market issues. Communications were always timely and she double checked on all decisions. She was directive where it was appropriate. She handled the negotiation with the buyers very sensitively .

We cannot speak highly enough of Alice & the experience we had selling our home with her. What sets her apart is her knowledge & professionalism combined with a genuine warmth & personal approach. Alice's communication was outstanding. She always took the time to make sure we fully understood what was happening. We always felt that every decision was being made with our best interest at heart. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes & gave us complete confidence through the negotiation & sale. Alice has a deserved reputation in Dunedin. She is exceptionally good at what she does & is a lovely person to deal with. Thank you Alice we are incredibly grateful.
