Wonderful photos and video of my house. Realistic appraisal initially under offer by deadline this unfortunately did not go through and Kate was quickly back on the open homes with no delay. Kate informed me of all open home visitors and their feedback to enable me to change expectations as the market changed. Kate was very professional and realistic of the market and we had frequent discussions about marketing style. Kate and Warwick worked together to sell my house they kept my spirits up along the way. Kate reiterated frequently that they had a great belief in my property and the right vendor would come in time. When my house was eventually under an acceptable offer Kate came to my house to assist me in accepting offer as I was due to leave the country on holiday.
