Agent Review of SALE 316A Crane Rd, Kauri The above sale of my bare section at 316A Crane Road, Kauri was part two of my property sales. My house sale at 316 Crane Road had already settled. Brett successfully dealt with this. With regards to the bare section at 316A Crane Road, as vendor and after the agreement was signed by both myself as vendor and the couple as purchasers, I undertook to appoint a contractor to complete the installation of electricity to the gate which required an underground cable from the road, up the shared driveway to the section gateway. This took longer than expected and despite the delays and time frame from both parties signing the Sale & Purchase agreement to settlement, the deal was completed. Throughout Brett maintained communications both by regular phone calls to the buyers to update them know on a weekly basis where progress was at plus the buyers’ solicitors. I believe this professional approach was the key to the completion of settlement. Brett is first and foremost an incredibly conscientious agent and secondly an excellent communicator both done with enthusiasm and sincerity. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a top Agent and, if in future I have any further property transactions, I would without hesitation appoint Brett again.
