12 real estate agents in Whakapara, Northland

Alex was friendly and very helpful when looking at property for sale. Alex was very efficient and kept in contact through out the process.

Alex worked consistently and effectively to promote our property from listing day to sale day. He was always "on task" and motivated. He proved to have excellent negotiating skills to bring buyer and seller together and showed creativity and business nouse to get things over the line.

Alex is a straight shooter, he doesn’t try to hide any defects in a property, instead he clearly tells you what they are. He is very knowledgeable in the rural sector and if a friend was looking to buy or sell in an area where Alex was an agent I’d highly recommend that they use him as their agent. He is one of the BEST real estate agents I’ve ever met, and I’ve met a bunch of them through a previous business. If you are looking for the best deal possible with an honest guy, Alex is your man!
