Excellent communicator

I purchased a house in Gulf Harbour long distance. It was incredibly difficult but Karin made everything as effortless as possible. She did two video walk throughs for me and took the time to show me through the property thoroughly. When I did finally get to view the property and meet Karin I found her to be a very warm person. She did her very best to make the negotiations go as smoothly as possible. Karin has excellent communication skills and shows that she can adapt to different people's needs. I would highly recommend her.
