Obviously not a good time to sell but, apart from lowering the price once, Sinead was always confident that we would sell the house as long as we had patience. Knew how to deal with potential buyers when 2 similar properties came on the market in the same area. If Sinead wasn't able to communicate with us over something, her "team-mates" kept us up to date with progress on the sale.

Paul and his team were very thorough and professional throughout. Paul helped achieve our goal which was a timely sale at a good price. Five stars and 10/10 because Paul consistently puts the extra work in. Communication was faultless. The extra effort put it was always welcomed.
