Perseverance with the incompetences of the Leadership of Hakatere Hut Holders Soc with good negotiation skills when dealing with their inability to organise the importance of records or files pertaining to membership of the Soc as I was a member for approximately 22yrs !! They were challenging in their dealing with her but she was not deterred and was a good support to the elderly couple buying my wonderful holiday home by the sea which I believe they will truly appreciate as I did for many years as a-retreat from a busy Nursing/Midwifery working life !!

Very good at what she does bubbly person
Manu was very professional and helpful at all times. Went over and above what I had expected, which is great when moving from side of the island to the other. Would recommend him to sell your property.
Communication style, professional and casual so we were aware of next steps..support with online form filling. Would always ring back, Manu would also txt and updates and take a phone call if we needed.
Manu is a very friendly person who we could relate very easily to. He went the extra mile for us, nothing was too much to ask. His communication was excellent, and he always responded to our queries. His knowledge of our situation was evident and his negotiation skills were next to none. We would recommend Manu to anyone.
