Real estate teams in Waiwera South, Otago

Katrina and Keryn have been our go to agents many times, they have always stood out for their professionalism, both are so friendly caring and have a wealth of knowledge, lending advice on so many things, and actually they just get the job done with out being pushy. They totally delivered on our last sale, and when asking us what we want in a home we literally pointed to the hills said we want to be up there looking over Kaitangata in a modern home and Katrina grinned as she had one up her sleeve for us and talk about deliver. We got our home sold and bought it all happened so fast it was fantastic and we could not be happier absolutely love Team Garside ❤️

Katrina perfectly personifies the old saying “there is no substitute for experience”. Her consummate professionalism coupled with her love of life make her the ultimate people person. Katrina not only has a treasure trove of skills and knowledge but also such a warm kind infectious personality. She wonderfully debunks all cliched stereotypes of realtors. We have never ever met anyone like Katrina. You would be foolhardy to go with anyone else. Cheers “ Team Garside” you changed our live !

Katrina is a solid trustworthy agent who has your back you don’t have to worry you know she is always doing her best for you. Over the last 10 years I have bought through Katrina and Kieran and now sold. They both absolutely go the extra mile. I was absent for several open homes and Katrina would run the vacuum cleaner over and make sure everything was looking spick and span for me….just as part of her beautiful Service. I would recommend them to anyone and I’m so pleased their Amanda has joined the team. Thankyou Garside’s especially Katrina
