We engaged Team Turner (Dylan & Zoe) from Ray White Orewa to sell our home 12 months ago. After some thought we decided not to sell. The measure of a person is their response to disappointment. They never missed a beat and immediately wished us well despite a lot of work going into their proposal. Fast forward 12 months and we went back to them to sell. On Friday's settlement, there was a problem with banks therefore settlement was delayed until Monday. After loading 4 trucks with our furniture, we stayed in our empty house over the weekend. Dylan and Zoe are a great father/ daughter team! Zoe took the lead on communication and was always easily contactable and very responsive. Within a week and while on holiday overseas, we had a lot of interest, multiple offers and sold. Zoe handled a few challenging situations along the way with maturity.
