We worked primarily with Clarissa on the actual sale of this property and with Shelley on managing the first offer. Compared to other agents I've worked with I found both Shelley and Clarissa were very professional - efficient and calm and excellent communicators. I felt they were working for us to get the sale through under the conditions we requested. I have had a previous experience with a different agent & company when I felt the agent was very manipulative and also 'switched sides' once the going got tough - that is, they were working for the buyer in order to push a sale through and get their commission. I would never use that agent or company again - but I would use Harcourts again.

Shelly is wonderful at communicating, easy to approachable and got wonderful people skills. Market knowledge is good aswellz , if you dont understand shelly will help you all the way and simplify it with great professionalism to go with. I would recommend Shelly as an agent to anyone who is needing one
