I approached Barry for an appraisal of my house that I wanted to sell. As my house had a green door, Barry used that effectively when he put it on the market. For those old enough to remember the song, ‘What’s behind the green door?’ Barry used that as an opening comment when he advertised my house for sale. I liked the idea. The sale of my house was very quick. In fact 2 open homes, 5 days on the market and it was sold. Barry was very professional and kept me informed every step of the journey.
