His follow-up was always appropriate and helpful without ever becoming pushy or irritating, which I really appreciated. He was responsive, followed through on what he said he would do, and was straightforward and no-nonsense in all his dealings with me. He was also excellent at solving the little issues that inevitably come up along the way. One small example that says a lot about him: when he was late for an appointment, he arrived with a coffee voucher to apologise.
