Tuesday May 19 2026 sunny morning approximately 1030 I phoned 0275487020 and not much happened BUT at approximately 1051 my phone rang and the lady said Hi Dionne here from REDHOT REAL ESTATE WAIMATE. In the next approximately 3 minutes and 25 seconds a DEAL was done. SOEASY ! .

The team then went to work on making sure the chain was complete. We went unconditional in early June and looking to move into our new property in late July.
