Real estate teams in Waimairi Beach, Canterbury

Outstanding communication, always picking up the phone to answer questions with the right knowledge backing it up. Ensured the process was smooth and we got into the right home.

I met Tina at an Open Day I visited and felt so much empathy and understanding from her I decided she would be my agent when I sold. The process has been well organized, the communication has been excellent, and the bonus was Mel who also kept me informed and added extra helpful communications. The whole team have been so responsive and just lovely to work with.🙂🤩😊

I met Nick many years ago when selling my mothers house. His light-hearted friendly manner made the process a lot more stress free. He is professional, knowledgable and above all trustworthy. I did not hesitate to have Nick as my agent again with the recent sale of my family home. He has now teamed up with Tina who is a great communicater and they do compliment each other to make the process as smooth as possible. Thanks guys👌

We liked the personalised package.Sydnee our agent showed empathy, compassion and understanding the decision to sell our home. She updated the advertisement to truly reflex the currant state of home with the huge potential there. Sydnee was very good at keeping us updated with feedback and made the experience under sad circumstances seamless. The sale of our house will now hopefully give us some closure and be able to move on. We would recommend Ray. White agent for future sales

We found the whole team to be very prompt and responsive to everything we wanted. We had great timely update reports and feedback after every viewing. They are a very professional team who exceeded our expectation and we would highly recommend them.
